Return & Exchange Policy
At Alma Gira, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you’re not happy with an item, we’ve made our return and exchange process simple and straightforward. Please read below for all the details on how to handle returns, exchanges, and refunds.
30-Day Return Policy
If you’re not fully satisfied with your purchase, you have 30 days from the date of delivery to return or exchange it. To be eligible for a return, items must be in their original condition, unwashed, unworn, and with all tags attached. Items marked as "Final Sale" cannot be returned or exchanged.
How to Start a Return or Exchange

Shipping: We’ll provide instructions on how to ship your items back to us. Please note that customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or there was an error on our end.

Processing Your Return: Once we receive your item, please allow 5-7 business days for it to be inspected and processed.
Refunds
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method once your return has been processed. Please allow up to 10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement, depending on your bank.
Exchanges
If you’d like to exchange an item, we’re happy to help! Once we receive your returned item, we’ll process the exchange and send you the new item, free of charge.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please reach out to us within 7 days of delivery. We will work with you to resolve the issue as quickly as possible, offering either a replacement or a full refund.
